We pack our isopods well and send 2-3 day priority mail to ensure your isopods are delivered quickly. We have never had any problems shipping in this manner. As these are live specimens we cannot absolutely guarantee live arrival due to unforseen circumstances
(box left in extreme hot or cold on a doorstep), however if you are concerned about these issues you should leave us a message to hold for pick up or choose Isopod Shipping Signature Required option, this will ensure that your mail carrier does not leave your shipment without your knowledge. There are no refunds on dead specimens. If there is any problem with your order please contact
me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve your issue. If you do receive dead specimens on arrival please notify us immediately, it is my policy to replace specimens only not shipping. We require a picture of dead specimens as well as specific time they were received. Decisions to send replacement orders with shipping paid by us will be on an individual case by case decision depending on the information we receive from the individual customer.
Shells - all shells will be shipped USPS Priority Shipping which includes tracking and insurance.
- All other items returns are available in the original packaging and condition, if it is our error return shipping will be covered by us, if it is customer error return shipping will be paid by customer. Please report any shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving your order for evaluation and replacement requests.
